Sorting through belongings allowed the client to keep what was loved, important and needed. The existing space and storage were maximized so that all of the belongings were put way with easy access.

Each area of the closet was designated for a specific type of clothing. THe needs of the child were discussed and the closet was set up to the childs specific needs.

There was not enough desk surface, nor any place to put a printer, supplies, and a file drawer.

This office had a make over using some of the items that already existed and re-purposing them as well as we added an L shape to the desk. Storage was located right at the desk which made it easier to keep things put away and more functional.

The desk space was not kept clear of paper clutter as there was a place to put all of the paper that entered the office.

Using baskets to contain and group items with special labels made it easy for the homeowner to retrieve what she wanted and carry it to the preparation area. We even labeled special bins for her kids to come and grab what they needed.

Once all the papers and the boxes were sorted, some things were eliminated and office supplies and important papers were put away in the existing file cabinet and the closet was used to store the office supplies. With the office organized working at the desk became enjoyable and now they could enjoy the beautiful water view.

Determining to keep only those things most needed we pared down the amount of kitchen items and added a shelf so that we could clear the counters and make a tiny kitchen seem roomier.

With the whelves, hooks and drawers in place the system was complete. The garage was divided into areas so that tools remained in one section, pool equipment was in another, etc. The garage was tidy and organized and a place you could easily fine what you were looking for.
